Founded in 1980 Innovate Space was originally known as Melac Services Limited with its core business activity being Mechanical & Electrical contracting.

Melac Services Limited became British Airports Authority’s (BAA) longest serving maintenance contractor enjoying a 13 year stay after an initial appointment of 3 years at Gatwick Airport.
