James has been Managing Director since 2003. In May 2008 Innovate Space was recognised as the 35th fastest growing company in the UK construction industry.
James is also Managing Director of Modillion Homes a luxury house building company.
Hobbies include football and motor sports.
A Quantity Surveyor by profession James lives in Surrey and is married with two children.
